Early Registration: Please note that early registration is recommended, as trips do tend to fill. Upon receipt of your reg. form and deposit, we will send you complete information and equipment lists.

Insurance: Participants are required to have their own complete medical coverage for the duration of the journeys.

A note about deposits: a non-refundable deposit is required to save your place. The balance is due one month prior to departure and is non-refundable after that time unless your place is filled. Enrollment is limited on every journey due to the sensitive environments we will be visiting. We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient enrollment. In the event of our cancellation, all payments will be reimbursed.

In the highly unlikely event of prohibitive weather, participants may be forced to take up lodging at a motel. Any costs accrued here will be the responsibility of the participant. We reserve the right to make itinerary changes due to weather and other conditions which are beyond our control.
