Embodied Earth
Embodied Soul
Women in
Soulful Engagement with World
Guided
by Jade Sherer
An ongoing deepening of the feminine
in and around the columbia
River Gorge

"Don't ask yourself what
the world needs. Ask yourself what makes
you come alive, and then go do that. Because what the world needs
is people who have come alive."
- Howard Thurman Whitman
It
is time. . .
to gather our community of amazing women locally and move towards the world. Are
you ready?
Are you remembering your essential connection to earth and
to body as primary sources for your feminine wisdom? We are living in apocalyptic
times and we are needed as wise council for sustainability, peace, vast perspectives
and deep soulful listening.
We women living in profound connection with our earth bodies
have so much to give. We have got to lead the way with grounded intuition
and instinctual knowledge….not from old worn and tattered patterned
ways of diminishment. It is clear that to be a species led by intellect alone,
does not offer a rich or sustainable future…perhaps no future at all.
Now
more than ever it is time to come alive in relationship with
the world...the human and non-human world. When we are present
in our bodies, engaging in truly intimate relationships,
the heart opens, our wildness germinates, respect blossoms
and stewardship can truly begin.
"When
I am consciously embodied, I cannot deny that the River
of Life that enlivens is calling out to me from every conceivable
direction in the environment."~Paula Reeves

Jade
Sherer has
been rewilding herself for years, diving deeply into herself
and Nature as
a wilderness guide, teacher, artist, and bodyworker. She
has led vision quests and wilderness journeys in California,
Hawaii, Mexico, Oregon, Tennessee, Ohio and the American
Southwest. She supports inner transformation through respectful
interaction, conscious reciprocity and deep communion with
nature. Exploring and guiding in the wilderness for 29 years,
Jade has been allured over and over by the ways nature serves
as a mirror for the wild feminine mysteries. Her work as
a guide is rooted in her communication with, and deep love
and respect for the Earth and her creatures. She loves creating
wide and beautiful containers in which people can courageously
open their hearts and expand.
In
the last several years Jade began taking special interest in
women who were working to change the world. She began to notice
that it seemed that there was almost an epidemic of exhausted,
depleted and unsupported women doing extremely important work
in the world. At that time the gestation began in Jade for
an idea that eventually was birthed as Nature Moving Women.
Jade's hope is that NMW offers a venue of support for women
who are actively engaged in caring for the world AND for those
who want to be in a deeper relationship with the world
through their own earth/body wisdom. NMW will one day be a
non-profit organization, and able to offer scholarships for
these retreats, as well as services on it's upcoming website
for uniting and inspiring women around the globe in service
and activism. Look for the upcoming: www.naturemovingwomen.com
We
will hold our circle small and intimate with a minimum of
6 and a maximum of 12 women.
There are just a few spaces left.
